How to auto assign group in Workspaces

Hi Team,

I want to auto assign group based on services in workspaces.

ex. when the agent create new ticket from workspaces then while creating i want to auto populate assignment group based on service. 

How we can achieve this,

Yes. You need to add rule for each combination

yes i have checked that one, but i want to restrict that functionality only particular services.

ex. if the services is xy and category is y then it will auto populate the assignment group.

It is possible. Can we write UI policy on same .
