How to change Technology services page in employee center portal,i want to make few chnages how can i do this?

Hi @srikanthr066535, 

You can tag people you are replying to in comments so it shows up in their notification.

Most probably the Technology Services topic is marked inactive which is why it is not showing up in esc portal.
