How to do various bulk changes for control "attestation respondents, control "status"

I'm a bit lost and have been manually changing large numbers (800 +) of control attestations.

Appreciate any help you can give on:

How do I bulk change the "attestation respondent".? 

How do I bulk change control status to "Attest"

Can I bulk change Status from "Monitor" to "Draft"?

Do I need certain permissions to do these tasks?

Screenshots and or specific steps would be very helpful.
