How to make comments mandatory for KB article helpful no in Native ui search

Hi All,

 

I have requirement where I need to make comments mandatory for the KB article helpful no in Native Ui search same as Employee center knowledge feedback comments.
Please let me know if anyone is aware of this.

Hi @dev_S 

 

  • Navigate to System Definition > UI Policies.
  • Set the Table to kb_feedback.
  • Define a condition that evaluates when the article is marked as unhelpful (e.g., Helpful is false or Rating is less than 3 stars).
  • Under the UI Policy Actions related list, select the Comments field and set Mandatory to True

Thanks for the response I need comments mandatory for Helpful No in native UI as mentioned in the screenshot In native UI for KB article if I click on Helpful No feedback is not getting submitted but feedbacks are getting submitted from Employee center KB article search as shown in screenshots.
I followed the above community link that you have provided but it did not help.
