How to PIN the articles/catalogs in supported resources from the topic on employee center portal

Hi All, 

 

Need suggestion on the employee center portal configuration. 

As I'm exploring the EC first time. I have a query that while selection of the topic the supported resources associated with that topic will be visible. 

From that list how can we make a few items as Pinned, so that these items will be visible whenever that specific topic is selected. 

 

Any suggestion will be helpful.
