Feature	What it does
Home Page Background and Branding Enhancements	Admins can now customize the home page background with solid colors, gradients, or images each configured separately for light and dark modes with built-in accessibility checks and live preview. The update automatically aligns supporting UI elements like error states and quick link icons with the brand palette for visual consistency.
Topic Pages and Browse Experience Updates	Adds breadcrumb navigation for easier page traversal, a gallery-style directory template for topic pages, and inline admin configuration for editing page settings directly without navigating to separate tools.
Multilingual Announcements	Supports multilingual announcements, allowing a single source announcement to be translated into multiple languages either manually or through the Localization Framework with machine translation support. Employees automatically receive announcements in their preferred language, with each translation maintaining independent version history while inheriting the source's publishing schedule.
Task Delegation	Delegate tasks and approvals to one or more colleagues for a specified time period directly from their Tasks and Requests view. Delegates can act on items just like the original assignee, and once completed by anyone, the item is automatically removed from all views while the original assignee retains visibility throughout.

Browse & Topic Pages	Structured navigation for employees who prefer to explore over asking. Topic pages surface relevant knowledge, catalog requests, quick links, and topic-specific AI prompts in one consistent layout.
Task Configuration Enhancements	Scope task configurations to EmployeeWorks Web App or Employee Center independently. Adds custom action widgets, per-task AI Insights skill assignment, and custom scripts to pull external data before insights run.
Content Versioning	Every announcement edit is logged as a new version. Published content is locked from accidental edits; version history is accessible from the authoring editor.
Knowledge Widget Visibility Controls	Admins can show or hide author name and last updated date on knowledge articles via widget instance properties.

EC Pro News & Events in Content Feed	EC Pro News and Events surface automatically in the EmployeeWorks Web App Content Feed — no migration needed. Scheduling, audience targeting, and active status from EC Pro are all respected.
Homepage Widget Configuration	Configure home page widgets (starting with Quick Links) directly in the Admin Console with live preview. No scripts, no scattered tables.
Canvas Admin: Preview by Role or User	Preview the canvas as any role or individual employee before changes go live.
Canvas Admin: Additive Updates	Publish canvas updates without overwriting employee personalizations. New widgets appear in default positions; existing layouts stay untouched.
Streamlined Email Notifications	38 notifications consolidated to 16, organized by persona and lifecycle stage. AI-native branded template with action-oriented subject lines.
Terms of Use Attestation	Require employees to accept Terms of Use on first login. Supports multiple segments with DSL-based targeting and creates a compliance audit trail.
Employee Profile Photo	Employees can upload, update, or delete their profile photo directly from their EmployeeWorks Web App profile page.

Enterprise Search & World Knowledge	AI-powered cross-system search across 100+ integrations (SharePoint, Google Drive, Slack, and more). World Knowledge adds governed generative AI for research and drafting. Both require Otto (Built for Moveworks).
Notifications & Admin Console	Actionable Moveworks-native notifications in a dedicated panel. Unified Admin Console for all configuration — branding, assistant, search, canvas — with live preview.
