Hyperlink need to be applied on Excel sheet after export is done .

When I exported the incident data to excel , Hyper link of the number is not working in the excel. How to make it work ?

Hi @Gajulapalli Gu1 ,
In the exported excel file the Number field is not a hyperlink, it's a string field, hence it will not open the record if you click on it.
