I'm having problems with the lab.service-now.com (it spent 6.5 hours ina "waking" state) and the ai chat help isn't helpful, and the community board is not new-user friendly, and so I'm wondering if there is a discord server somewhere where I could get some guidance on how I should be interacting with the Service-Now Learning resources.
