Now Mobile Usage Insights Help

The ServiceNow article titled "Usage Insights for Mobile Applications" states that "Now Mobile" Is the correct drop-down to view Now Mobile app usage; however, little to nothing shows when filtered this way. There is an option for MESP in the drop-down. Is MESP the correct drop-down to view Now Mobile analytics?

Hey @Tanushree Maiti , thank you. I did watch that video. ServiceNow recommends filtering user analytics by "Now Mobile"; however, the data in these results doesn't align with our increased usage trends. Selecting "Mobile Employee Service Portal" from the drop-down menu seems more accurate with what we're seeing in terms of usage. My question is, why is that so?

I've attached another screenshot showing Now Mobile app usage for reservations. Our WSD team shared a screenshot with 216 active reservations in the past 30 days.
