I want to configure Campaign what is the mandatory plugin required

For Campaigns you will need the Content Experiences (sn_ca) plugin. You can read more about it here:

In order to use Campaigns you will need the Employee Center Pro plugin Employee Center Pro(sn_ex_sp_pro) installed.
