quick links are not visible under mega menu but its active in servicenow

under the mega menu taxonomy, i don't know why but the quicks are suddenly got removed although it was working before. The quick links are active as well as i did sync hierarchy. Still not visible in employee center. Anyone please help me. 

If anyone has faced the same, please help me out to sort this,
