Serviceportal header menu item remove hyperlink?

In Service Portal I want to remove the hyperlink from menu item. Please advise how to do it? 

 

Followed this - Solved: make a topic in employee center a hyperlink - ServiceNow Community add menu items or edit existing menu items not availed i have admin role
