Want to revert all changes of ESC portal to OOB for ESC Portal could you please anyone help us about the process.

Hi @sreekanth45 

1) Running a repair on the base application resets modified system files and portal configurations back to their OOB versions

 

  • Navigate to your System Definition > Plugins module.
  • Search for the Employee Center (or Employee Center Pro) plugin.
  • Click Repair to restore the base code

2)If specific pages (like the home or dashboard) were customized and you want the OOB version back:

  • Navigate to Service Portal > Pages.
  • Locate and open the modified page.
  • Check if there is an existing page you can revert, or compare the page container/widget mappings with a fresh Personal Developer Instance (PDI) to manually fix them
