Why is my EC like this

We are looking at starting to migrate to EC and looked at what its like now

Is something wrong as there is a footer set which isnt showing 

And its using the default taxonomy but none of the categories are showing

Is there something wrong or is this normal?

Hi @joshmorris 

Go to your portal , open attached theme ->ensure there Footer is attached.
