Hi Team,

I was working as a business analyst in one of the top MNC in India, overall, i have 12 years of experience in IT industry. i felt there is less opportunity for business analyst in my organization. so how i can move ahead in my career after being as a business analyst.

If i got an opportunity again to work as BA, what are the key areas i have to focus.

I will suggest that firstly decide whether you want to deepen your BA expertise (data, agile, digital) or pivot into leadership/product roles. Both paths are viable, but your 12 years of IT experience give you credibility to move beyond traditional BA work.
