Formula Indicator

I am working with a Formula Indicator that has already been created for my company, but I am trying to modify it so I can show a specific assignment group(s) for the Incident/Indicator. Right now, I am building a dashboard that is showing the percentage of Incidents resolved in time based on the SLA priority (Low - Critical) so I am wanting to break it down specifically. For example, I want the percentage of all Incidents resolved in time by the Georgia team that is labeled as a High priority

Do you have breakdown for assignment group in the formula indicator ?

 

If not, add breakdown for Assignment Group along with Priority that is already configured and you should be able to see the required information.

 

Remember the automated indicators used in the formula indicator must also be configured to collect the breakdown so that formula indicator can show this breakdown data
