My PDI is showing under unscheduled Maintenance and I am not able to login in. Please help me in logging into my instance

Hi @Pramila Wani ,

Please notice that there is no support available from ServiceNow according to PDIs - Hence you only have two options available.

1. Wait - it will properly come online in some time
2. When you get tired of waiting, release you instance and request a new fresh one.
