Pivot table report, per month

Hi,

 

Is there a way to create a pivot report that will show number of incident resolved per month, per assigned to?

I saw some old posts regarding this, and wondering if somethings was changed that will allow this reporting.

Hi Eli,

No, there is nothing new for your requirement.

But, if your date is in the format YYYY-MM-DD, you can create a function field using the "Configure function field" in the Multi-Level Pivot table report.

Once created, save the report and reload it.  This will allow you to insert that field in the Column section of the Multi-Level Pivot table report.

Here's an example of the final result:

Hi JP,

Thanks for the solution! It worked, but it returns the Resolved Month values as 2023-01, 2023-02, etc. Is there any way to convert these into their month names, like 2023-Jan, 2023-Feb, 2023-Mar, etc., instead of the numerical format?
