APM is now called Enterprise Architecture. There are SN University training courses on this that will give you a good start but it won't make you an expert - only experience of developing for customers will.
IRM is a huge suite of applications - you are best to look at GRC Fundamentals on SN University first but be warned - you need some industry experience or you will quickly be lost. If you have a good grasp of a typical risk management process and the lifecycle of Controls and Audits then that will be a start, but there are SMEs with years of experience who specialise in one area of IRM because it is quite a complex suite.
