Suppressing Twilio SMS message in Sub-prod

I am wondering if anyone has come across any way to suppress SMS messages in sub-prod environments.

Hi @curtisrowel,

 

Search for the following system property: password_reset.sms.use_notify and set it to false. Then check Emails table for reset notifications.
