Since 1917, NHL fans have thrilled to the puck drop, end-to-end rushes, and shots buried in the back of the net. But, with 32 clubs and more than 1,300 games per season, the NHL faces complex operational challenges. That’s why the NHL partnered with ServiceNow to drive digital transformation. From helping NHL coordinators get ready for games through to streamlining IT, ServiceNow is helping the NHL continue to deliver the great experiences that fans expect.
ServiceNow Expert Services is a key part of this success. From day one, the Expert Services team worked with the NHL to understand the vision and deliver high-impact outcomes. The result? The NHL went live with ServiceNow Field Service Management—which the league uses for game operations—in just 10 weeks. And it went live on ServiceNow ITSM in just 55 days. The future is even brighter. John Frantzeskakis, the NHL’s SVP of Technical Operations and Digital Transformation, says, “At the NHL, we are always innovating. If you can think of something, you could likely do it on the ServiceNow platform.”
