How can I check the actual database size of a non-production instance? Besides using the DB Footprint in Now Support, are there other methods to accurately determine the DB size of an instance?
It seems that the "Instance Usage > Application Usage Overview/Additional Metrics" section is intended to show the actual DB size of an instance, but it doesn't display the DB size for us.
Is the sys_physical_table_stats.list table has accurate data? Please direct me to the right direction on how to check the actual DB size for each non production instances aside from using the DB footprint in NOW.

Hi @Shirley Bribon ,
I personally use Support portal using DB Footprint to check the db size.
But you can check Instance Usage itself:
1. Navigate to Instance Usage > Application Usage Overview
2. Scroll down to Additional Metrics > Primary DB size (MB).
Also,
Users can make a Cloud Usage Request by navigating through:
Now Support > Select a Company > Automation Store > Request Items > Cloud Usage Request
