Hi Colleagues,
I am looking for a quick feedback based on your experience. Our Company has a HR Portal, where employees and managers are refer to go to solve their first "easy" inquires around HR policies, HR processes, etc.. BUT if they do not find what they need, they can open a ticket to our HR Specialist teams.
Questions: based our experience, is it more friendly for end-users to have only 1 unique inquiry form or would be more useful if there are multiple forms to be very specific on the question? If more than one unique form, how many would you recommend to be the maximum to have on a portal?
Thanks!

Well in my understanding on this particular case is that you should have a single form and include all possible queries that you think is missing like is it regarding (hr policies, processes, punctuality etc) so that it could be user friendly and you the employees wouldn't get frustrated.
