inactive users and assets assigned to them

I have found a couple of inactive users with assets still assigned to them. I believe there are hundreds more. I cannot find a way to filter for inactive users and assigned assets. I need to unassign these assets to these inactive users. We have over 9000 user accounts I have to go through. I am hoping I can make this easy on me.

Hi @Hollister45 ,

One way would to Navigate to alm_asset.LIST and using Dot - walking, you can filter the Inactive Assigned to Users.

Filter Assigned to --> User Fields, 

then,

Active is False.

I do not see the choices your example show's. this is what I see under "https://nysoag.service-now.com/alm_hardware_list.do?" I cannot find "alm_asset.LIST and using Dot - walking,"

Do not check in the second one. After using Assigned to --> User fields, in that one itself check Active is False.
