Hi Team,

I have few queries; I need to Monitor my ServiceNow Instance.

1] By how many ways we can monitor ServiceNow Instance

2]What is the best way to monitor the instance

3]What things from the instance are necessary to monitor?

You say you NEED to monitor your instance. Your questions can only be answered if you explain the use case behind it. What is the goal of the monitoring? Do you need to monitor database usage/performance or do you need to ensure data is correct? 

Do you need to check on all automation to see that nothing is stuck, or do you need to optimize everything by getting rid of any errors in the logs? 

Monitoring is a container definition that needs specifics to tell you how to do it.

Mainly we need to monitor any long running jobs, schedule jobs, and performance of instance. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

There isn’t a single standard way to do this, which means you'll need to build your own dashboard as well. Here are a few examples:
