I attended a really great SNUG meeting yesterday where several schools talked about their LEAP assessment experiences with SN. We are in the early stages of planning a complete revamp of our ITSM program and I'm trying to determine what is the best timing for conducting a LEAP assessment? What factors were important to you when deciding to take the "leap".
