Need Help with the automatic letter deletion from the read-only field

Hi All,
After entering the name in the field the 1st letter of the read-only variable is getting deleted automatically.
I have checked the workflow scripts, client scripts, and UI policies nothing has changed.
Can someone please help me with this?
