Hello everyone,
I’m currently working on setting up COE (Center of Excellence) for IT Service Management (ITSM) within ServiceNow for my organization and would love to hear from those who have experience with this process
What are some best practices, strategies or key considerations you recommend for a successful COE implementation?
What challenges should we anticipate and avoid during this process?
