Software Usage records for Reclamation Rule with Software Product without a Software Product Process

Hi all,

I have a question regarding the records gathered in the software usage table (samp_sw_usage).
A reclamation rule with type "Last Used Date" for the "Installed software", was created for the software product "Project Online" and "Zscaler" long time ago. 
The records that are present in the software usage table for the software products linked to the reclamation rules mentioned above, have a last used date that are not matching with the reality. Some last used dates are from 2022 even when the software product was recently used by the indicated users.
When I look to the reclamation rule, I noticed that the software products did not have a Product Process linked to it. Because of this, I was expecting to not see any entries in the samp_sw_usage table.
Can someone perhaps explain why is this happening? Based on what I have read on the portal, I expected to only have records in the sw usage table for those software product linked to a reclamation rule with a product process in place (samp_sw_product_process or in samp_custom_product_process).
