I am trying to map an existing process to SPM, ITAM and Infra and App mgmt of ServiceNow

Are there  any available resources that I can reuse instead of developing processes from scratch?

First thing first, check on Now create and get the process documents for these process.

Once you read that, it give you visibility is can use As is or you need changes
