Join the United States Postal Service for a discussion about IT's transformative "attraction strategy" to demonstrate to business units how IT can help improve their strategic performance. Since embarking on its ServiceNow journey in 2014, it's no coincidence that USPS IT's business customers have noticed improved service, increased automation of enterprise processes, and rapid delivery of innovative tools.
