In the is breakout we discuss the various planning activities that must occur before development begins on a new application, the importance of examining the business problems to be addressed, outcomes that must be achieved, defining the processes, security, stakeholders, and more. Once the application and its stakeholders are understood, you will be able to effectively construct the models that are required for iterative application development, and testing.
