Abstract:
Most large enterprises have the resources to create new tools to fulfill every conceivable need. This organic approach results in an overwhelming cacophony of insecure, poorly governed tools with disjointed and inconsistent processes driving them. Territorialism and resistance to change often push these tools past their useful lives. While organizational change execution and stakeholder buy-in created significant challenges, legal and security concerns eclipsed them all for the business. Our challenge was to create a consistent, exceptional user experience that was secure and in the cloud.
