Abstract:
In this session, learn how the Bristow Fleet Support organization uses the ServiceNow platform to support a global fleet of helicopters.
The group is responsible for maintaining the fleet as well as the regulatory documentation for each helicopter. You'll hear how Bristow successfully streamlined a complex process and brought greater efficiency to maintenance procedures and documentation. Engineers use the Fleet Support ServiceDesk to report grounded aircraft and activate escalation producers to restore flight operations. The Fleet Support ServiceDesk is integrated with other operational systems to initiate event based alerts for the support team, thereby reducing downtime and lost revenue.
