Abstract:

Learn how Verisk Analytics uses PA to stop application availability problems before they occur and dashboards to measure IT's service performance. Prior to PA reporting was time consuming, complex, error prone and stale. Verisk uses PA to eliminate manual processes that were time consuming, increased data confidence by using single source, and increased data consistency by focusing on the single source. Verisk IT now uses dashboards to not only see how IT is performing but also when our services may encounter problems. PA saves many man-hours of effort each month that were spent creating, verifying and correcting reports.
