Abstract:
Performance is one of the toughest challenges today when building web applications. Despite our best efforts, predicting all the scenarios in which an application could run into scalability problems in production is near impossible. For this, it is important to both develop on a platform that provides meaningful data gathering and debugging tools, as well as know how to use these tools effectively during a critical outage. This workshop will provide details that anyone responsible for monitoring and responding to production performance problems should stay current on as the ServiceNow Platform continues to evolve.
