Abstract:
Oak Ridge National Laboratory crafted a hybrid Project Management process where Agile and Waterfall projects co-exist in harmony. Attendees will learn how out-of-the-box-capabilities of the PPM application have been extended to provide real-time cost and automated Earned Value Management (EVM) features for project monitoring and controlling. An interface with the enterprise financial platform along with custom calculations render sophisticated project performance data that can be provided at any time. When using the SDLC module for agility and the PPM module's rich feature set for tracking and reporting, project teams can thrive in the modern IT landscape and easily manage projects of any size and type.
