Accessing the work order tasks of FSM, Order Tasks of OMT in an external web application

Hi,

We have a centralized task list application where all the tasks like work order tasks for field technicians, order tasks generated during order fulfilment needs to be displayed. We are using FSM and OMT. Could you please guide on how the centralized task list application can access the data of tasks created in FSM and OMT so that the same can be displayed and available for action.

Did you ever get a resolution to this?  I may have a similar issue depending on whether we use FSM in conjunction with OMT orders.
