An agent should not get assigned a work order task if he is not on duty. The dispatcher should get an error if they assigned to agent currently not on shift.
Also, the labels of shift status in dispatcher workspace should correspond to shift and not on what they have input on the app.

Not sure what the question is,
but i also noticed in DWagent appears off shift, at 8:15 although his schedule/shift is 8-5. It gets updated to on shift after agent update WOT/ theres also something with on_schedule field in sys_user, but it does not answer the dispatcher workspace “on shift”
EDIT: on shift can be updated by the technicna using mobile
