We have created a Eligibility criteria. In that we have added some condition when the conditions are satisfies for the work order task, the wot will create a marketplace request with marketplace participant and assign the wot task to OSP.
In our case we are matching wot task skill with OSP groups skill, The OSP group which matches the skill will be the OSP group matched and assigned , and wot task state will be change to pushed to marketplace automatically. But it is not happening as expected.
As this is related to field service marketplace, it is very new. The requirement is very urgent.
