Dispatcher Workspace - Unexpected Blue Question Marks in Xanadu

Greetings,

We've recently upgraded our instance to Xanadu and have noticed unexpected behavior in Dispatcher Workspace. Occasionally, blue question marks appear next to our agents. I haven't been able to find any documentation on what these question marks indicate.

We suspect this might be a glitch and may need to submit a support case, but I wanted to check if anyone here has encountered this issue or can point me in the right direction.

We've observed that the question marks are more likely to appear when our calendar is filtered to a specific shop. Additionally, we've noticed that filtering sometimes causes Work Order Tasks (WOTs) to disappear. When the calendar is not filtered, the question marks seem to disappear, and the WOTs reappear.

Has anyone experienced this before, or does anyone know if there’s an official explanation for these question marks?
