FSM package plugins and functionalities (Standard, Professional, Enterprise)

Hi everyone,


Is there any documentation or reference that shows which plugins and functionalities are included in each Field Service Management package (Standard, Professional, and Enterprise)?
For example, which plugins should be installed for an FSM Standard, Professional, or Enterprise implementation?

This page outlines the key features available in each tier and which capabilities (like Schedule Optimization, Capacity and Reservations, or Field Service Marketplace) are offered as add-ons.

If you need a more detailed plugin-level view (for example, which specific plugins are activated per package), that information isn’t published publicly, but I’d be happy to connect you with your account team or solution consultant who can provide that entitlement matrix

It is a capability matrix of the features in their packages. You could use this as a starting point and look up the specific plugins that make up those features or use this as a high level starting point.

 

I have also asked teams internally for more detail but that will go through a backlog to address.

but careful, it's high level, it's missing details,

  • for example ''service locations support'' is not listed in the link above. (create location adhoc, and trigger approval flow, etc... FSM PRO)
  • planned maintenance.... theres legacy planned maintenance and PLANNED WORK MAINTENANCE (FSM PRO). 
  • those are 2 examples, there are more discrepancies across public/available information

    the sales rep have a more detailed breakdown/matrix, but not sure i can share here 🙂
    wordings across sndoc, nowcreate, the plan package page, and sales rep doc dont match
    - always confirm with your sales rep
