Hi Servicenow Community,
Can someone help me on this one since im kind of not yet familiar with the work around of Field Service Management (FSM) in other application and modules such like problem and change on when to use or how should i use the Work Orders and Work Order Task. For some point i understand it well when it comes to Incident but on Change, Problem, and other application and Modules i may find it difficult as I deep dive into this.
Can someone help me understand on when to apply the Work Orders in other scenarios in (Problem, Project Portfolio Management, Change).
