I'm Looking for the Request-Driven processing for FSM? Where Can I configure this?

request driven is not supported starting from xanadu
in yokohoma the process life cycle has been removed

Request Driven Processing has been removed, as of the Xanadu release, the learnings have not been updated for this.

Hi @Thao Nguyen1 

 

  1. Navigate to All > Field Service > Administration > Configurations
  2. Under Busines Process Tab, for Lifecycle Process, select "Request Driven" from the dropdown list. and click Save.

Thank you @Joshua Chen MTL for sharing this. This was new for me too. Although we work with task driven approach but its good to know as we will soon be upgrading to latest version.
