When changing the construction schedule once adjusted based on customer requests

I have one question.
I can create a new WO or WOT and adjust the schedule to match the customer's desired schedule and the vendor's availability.
If the customer still wants to change the schedule after it has been assigned.
How to change dates from the customer side using the customer service portal.
Is there any other way other than contacting the construction company in the Activity column?

Best bet here is to use appointment booking.

Hi Nanami,

Customers can reschedule directly from the portal via Support > Appointments > Upcoming > Reschedule (much cleaner than Activity comments). If the option isn’t visible, enable Appointment Booking for your Work Order Tasks. Let me know if you need the setup steps.
