Workspace configuration

In FSM, our use case is that dispatcher and Qualifier is the same group, so which workspace is best to be used?
Dispatcher Workspace
CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace

Also what are the exact plugins needed, and is there a link that details the configuration steps please? 
We are looking to use manual assignment now.
But then later want to switch to automatic assignment

hello, all your questions are answered in the FSM nowlearning fundamentals, its free. 

also, we recommend that any user with wm_dispatcher role - even if they are also qualifier - use the dispatcher workspace to assign tasks because it has more features to help them assign to the best technician (even if you are MANUALLY assigning). you can also use the list view or the csm/fsm config workspace to qualify/dispatch.
