Thanks for setting this community up.   You may already be aware, but we at Morgan Stanley are interested in the following:



1) Chat functionality in Eureka vs. Fuji/Geneva and how we can integrate it with our service desk solutions


2) Service Creator functionality - Latest - Saw a demo of it from Jonathan Sparks sometime ago, but need an update as we will try to adopt the OOB solution vs. the custom solution we have in our space.


3) Demand Management Tool - How can we have a view of end-to-end product demand and capability management capability, reporting and end-user status view at any given time on their demand state (including SDLC states).



Looking forward to updates on the roadmap.
