In this series of videos, I wanted to personally walk you through some of the core capabilities and design decisions behind Flow by ServiceNow. If you're new to Flow or a admin looking to get started, these offer a great first glance at how the system is intended to work and why. Note - due to how fast the product is evolving, some UI may no longer reflect the current state of the product, however we anticipate core principles to persist.

1.) Day 1 Setup & Administration

2.) Requestor / Employee Slack Experience

3.) Fulfiller / Service Desk Agent Experience

4.) Natural Language Automation Building

5.) Integrations, Assets & Knowledge

I hope you find this helpful,

Darius - Head of Product

@darius_koohmare do we need to request access by signing up with our partner email address on https://www.letsflow.ai/request-access ?

Hi Diego / Ankur - yes, as partners you need to register with your partner emal (not a personal email). I will continue to review and prioritize access. Note - we need your ServiceNow principle to sign up as they will be owning the Flow environment for your entire organization.

Hi Darius,

Does the Asset integration have something like the IRE when using multiple sources and it finds the same device in multiple places.  Woudl a source own the asset or can these integrations manage field level updates between integration sources?

Hi Carl, you are exactly correct. You can connect multiple asset sources for the same single asset, and decide the IRE policy such as latest always wins, or if there is a authoritative system.

thanks @darius_koohmare for the clarification.

Does this hold true when using Flow only vs using with a ServiceNow instance?
