Hi everyone, I'm Eric, a Product Manager at ServiceNow. I'm joined by a group of Flow by ServiceNow experts to answer your top questions.
What we do
We're part of the team shaping Flow and where it's headed next. Our favorite thing to do? Listen to customers about how Flow fits into the way their teams already work and bring those learnings directly back into product innovation.
Why this forum
Perhaps you just watched a demo (Missed it? No worries, just go to letsflow.ai). Have some follow-up questions? Maybe you're wondering what happens during each setup step, how Flow is built to fit alongside a ServiceNow instance you already run, or why it's different if you're coming to ServiceNow for the first time. Bring your questions about what to expect, how Flow compares to what you're using today, or anything in between. This is your chance to ask these questions so you can go with Flow (pun intended). We're the people building this, and we'll do our best to get you an answer.
We'll be responding live from October 1st to October 23rd. Post your questions and upvote the ones you most want answered first.

Hi!
Excited to discover all about Flow. You are doing fantastic on launch day. I watched the videos from Darius, read all documents available in Partner Portal and Finished the course in SN University. Is a very well orchestrated launch to be honest. Congrats!
I have two questions for now:
1) When is expected to have access for a Trial of Flow?
2) There is some Flow demo environment available for Partners like the usual SN Demo Instances?
Kindly,
Diego

Hi Diego!
Thank you for the kind words. It's great to hear you've gone through the videos, the Partner Portal content, and the SN University course. That's a strong head start!
1) Trial access
Flow includes a 30-day trial. The best step today is to join the First Look list, located at letsflow.ai
2) Partner demo environment
The partner motion will be announed soon. Until then, you can email flow@servicenow.com and loop in your Partner Manager so your request is on record.
Thanks again for the enthusiasm. Happy to help as you get started! LETS FLOW!

Hi Team,
As a Now Learning student, I would like to express my interest in learning more about Flow. The introduction on Darius' channel was excellent, and it has made me very excited to explore the platform further.
I have a few questions:
- Are there any plans to provide trial access or a demo environment for learners and partners?
- Is there any documentation, implementation guide, learning path, or recommended resources available to help new users get started with Flow?
- I am particularly interested in integrating Flow with my ServiceNow PDI and experimenting with different test scenarios. Are there any tutorials, examples, or reference architectures available for this type of setup?
Thank you in advance. I look forward to exploring Flow and learning more about its capabilities.
Kind regards,
Mahesh

Hi Mahesh
Thanks for reaching out. You can find the documentation for Flow at Docs.LetsFlow.ai. We're taking registration for new tenants on the www.LetsFlow.ai website and you can request one there. There will be additional resources launching as we move foreward as well. We'll post info here in the community as they become available.
Thanks!
