Copy/Paste screenshots on tickets (UI 16 view)

Hello All,

When I take a screenshot using snipping tool and I am able to use ctrl+c and ctrl+v to paste the screenshot on the tickets ( I have the admin role) but, few users are not able to use ctrl+c and ctrl+v to paste the screenshots. 

what could be the reason? do we have any configuration set up for that feature? any specific roles required?

You mean just pressing CTRL+V, you are able to attach those screenshots as attachment to tickets?

Yes, I am(admins) able to do it but other users cannot.

Have you tried impersonating those users & then trying on your own?

Is it not working for all other users apart from admin or only certain users?

I see the issue, I have SNUtils browser extension on the my browser and other user do not. and that is the reason they cannot use ctrl+v to paste screenshots on the tickets.
